Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat.

Children, especially infants need THAT extra care and attention from parents with the things they intake. Taking care of a child is not as easy as petting your poodle; When they start to get choosey with food, then they would be even harder to handle.

When asking a child what his favorite meal is, he would say meat; When it's a snack, he'll say junk foods or amaybe a name of a fastfood chain. When you give him something which isn't the apple of his eye, he'll munch a bit, play with it, or stare at it and do nothing at all. This is normal. Every child undergoes this certain period and this can even lead to obesity or malnourishment. During this time, parents are having a hard time on what to do. In a situation like this, parents may want to think of alternative solutions that would make their children eat healthy and right effortlessly.

Milk is a main product that gives almost all the the nutrients a child needs. Letting children drink milk wouldn't harm them bad, would it? Fruits is also one. There are varieties to choose from. This wouldn't be so hard to let them take in since it's heaven with first bite. Balanced diet -- vegetables, meat, rice. It shouldn't be just meat alone 'cause it isn't so good for the health. One cup of rice will do. It has already been suggested by doctors that one cup is the right measurement of the rice people should eat from all age groups. Water. Drink water at least eight glasses a day. It isn't just to quench the thirst you're feeling but it'll also help you prevent dehydration. Children should drink lots of water since they are so hyper, they sweat a lot. They need to cover up the water their body lost.

That will help it do the trick. It is so general but that's what really a person needs to be healthy. Children just need to be well taken care of and given a little push.

Letter to the New President

Dear Mr. President,

Hey P-noy! Sir, I'm not going to ask you how you feel since you were proclaimed the president of the Philippines 'cause I know you feel happy, overwhelmed and yet pressured at the same time; But let me ask you one thing. Are you ready to face people with might? Hypocrites are everywhere. They are always around the corner to criticize you and bring your spirit down. They are rather more harmful than any lion kept in the jungle. So president, beware.

Thin kids with tattered clothes, eyesore -- You've seen all of these, didn't you? You know how Filipinos lived for the past decades and you know how the officials responded to it. Juan dela Cruz has been suffering so much because of poverty and discrimination. We want change. People are already tired of the same stereotype administration. I hope you can find ways to make our country better. The Philippines is surrounded with small but rich countries and I want our country to be like that too. If not, maybe more competitive than what we can offer now.

Mr. President, I am not putting pressure on your part but rather making you know of what we want you to achieve on your six years of governing our country for us Filipinos to reach greater heights. Then again Mr. President, I hope you can do your work well and find time to relax yourself to relax yourself some time. Good luck P-noy.
